Much Better

Okay.

The night before was rough. I struggled to sleep. But last night was better. After having a great time with the future Mrs. Wealth. I took her advice – I was going to force myself not to worry about money and employment last night.

And so it was.

I went to bed. I woke up not as many times as the previous night. But each time I woke up, I reminded myself that everything would turn out fine for us. No need to panic. No need to be scared.

For each time I did that, I fell asleep.

I guess I’m learning that if you talk calmly to yourself, your body listens and does its best to stay calm.

I have to practice calming myself more coz it was a much better night.
